Our rapidly expanding company is currently searching for a Staff Accountant to join our team. In this position, the successful candidate will be responsible for billing, daily cash deposits, accounts receivable collection, account reconciliation, and financial closing duties as assigned. If you have a strong background in billing and collection, we want to hear from you.


Duties shall include but are not limited to the following:

  • Manage Accounts Receivable, including:
    • Post daily deposits
    • Coordinate with all departments in order to provide accurate billing to clients
    • Identify billing problems and work to resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
    • Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities
    • Research and resolve payment discrepancies
    • Communicate with clients regarding unpaid balances
    • Handle all activity for customers to ensure that questions have been answered, decisions have been acted upon, and problems have been resolved appropriately
    • Process transactions and provide support to ensure key accounts are receiving top-notch service and timely processing
  • Manage employee credit card and expense reporting process
  • Support timely monthly and year-end financial close, including assigned journal entries, balance sheet account reconciliations, and accruals
  • Cross-train and back up accounting team as needed, including accounts payable
  • Other duties as delegated by the Director of Finance


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience
  • Impeccable mathematics and analytical skills
  • Able to prioritize workload and meet deadlines
  • Experience with QuickBooks accounting software
  • Extensive Excel experience
  • Expertise/experience in aviation a plus
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills are essential

  • Highly organized and self-motivated
  • Must have a strong customer service background and positive attitude



  • Must possess excellent organizational and computer skills
  • Must be at least 18 years old and a high school graduate or reference Qualifications
  • Must possess a valid U.S. driver’s license
  • Ability to easily adapt to change and new technology
  • Must be goal-oriented, have exceptional attention to detail, and work well independently and with a team.
  • Must be able to pass a ten-year Background/Criminal/OMV/Drug Screen
