Omni Air Transport has over 40 years of experience, and much of the company’s operational excellence is thanks to our leadership team. From industrial operations to experience within the United States Armed Forces, Omni’s leaders are passionately dedicated to aviation, ensuring all sales, maintenance, and procedures are performed properly.

Dan Burnstein – Chairman

Chairman Dan Burnstein is an accomplished pilot with over 10,000 flight hours of experience. Dan has significantly developed Omni Air Transport’s focus on safety and service with his knowledge, skills, leadership, and personal touch. Outside the cockpit and flight operations, Dan enjoys boating and spending time with his family and rescue dogs. He is also a passionate vegan who loves cooking plant-based meals and finding new varieties of vegan cuisine throughout his travels.

Mike Skow – President & CEO

Before becoming President and CEO, Mike Skow was a Lear 35 First Officer and a Captain for Omni Air Transport. Thanks to his experience in the air and aviation management, Mike keeps staff focused and aligned with our mission, safety standards, and exceptional customer care goals.

Mike was recognized as a distinguished individual in the business community by Tulsa Business & Legal News and as a Tulsa 40 Honoree. When he’s not at work, Mike loves gardening, golfing, and spending time with his family.

Jordan Winders – Safety Manager

Safety Manager Jordan Winders’ aviation career began in the United States Navy, where he served as a hydraulic and structural aircraft mechanic. He later earned an Aerospace Administration and Operations degree from Oklahoma State University and spent nine years managing safety programs for a Part 121 air carrier operation. Away from work, Jordan enjoys camping, hiking, spending time with his family, and watching college football.

Greg McDaniel – Chief Pilot

Chief Pilot Greg McDaniel’s aviation history comprises 20 years in the air, 6,500 flight hours, and his time serving as a former Sergeant in the U.S. Marine Corps. His vast range of skills and experience make him a dedicated leader to his fellow pilots, helping everyone within Omni Air Transport grow as aviators.

When not in the air, Greg enjoys spending time with his family and making artisan leather goods. And Greg’s love for fast vehicles expands beyond piloting — he also appreciates fast cars, motorcycles, sim racing, and cruising to new cities.

Mallory Cantrell – Director of Marketing

With over 10 years of experience in industrial manufacturing, secondary education, and aviation, Director of Marketing, Mallory Cantrell, keeps Omni Air Transport’s digital and print media pristine. She is incredibly passionate about innovative marketing tools and the use of fonts in design, from Omni’s website to the signs in the hangar. Outside work, Mallory enjoys traveling, plans family and friend gatherings, and immerses herself in good books.

Jeff Lane – Director of Operations

Director of Operations Jeff Lane is a Certified Aircraft Manager who always acts according to schedule. He is responsible for all Omni Air Transport’s flight operations within his capacity and regularly ensures smooth workflow, limited roadblocks, and exceptional customer service. When not running operations, Jeff can be found sailing, studying real estate, and spending time with his family.

Lori Escalanta – Director of Finance

With a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Accounting from Roosevelt University in Chicago, Lori Escalanta is an experienced and skilled director of finance. Her unique, collaborative leadership style helps Omni Air Transport promote across all organizational levels, and her interpersonal skills and positive attitude improve how relationships are built.

Lori is particularly passionate about interpreting and communicating complex data. Aside from number-crunching, Lori is also passionate about her family, fitness, church, and the outdoors.

Tony Lawyer – Director of Maintenance

Director of Maintenance Tony Lawyer has over two decades of aviation experience within charter and corporate teams. Before working at Omni Air Transport, he was a Gulfstream G450 crew chief and managed maintenance for a diverse multi-fleet Part 135 aircraft operation.

Thanks to his experience, Tony is now a dependable Gulfstream G550/450 Master Technician and meticulous with all aircraft maintenance he directs. Outside of the job, Tony enjoys sports and spending time with his wife and two sons.
