As vaccines roll out across the nation, the number of COVID-19 cases continues to decline. At Omni Air Transport, we are adapting and adjusting our operations to reflect the current circumstances.  As always, safety is our number one priority.

In light of recent changes, we’ve updated some of our policies so we can continue to deliver the same exceptional level of service to our clients while also taking the appropriate preventative measures.

Omni COVID-19 Policies

  • When booking your flight, all passengers will be required to fill out an Omni COVID questionnaire.
  • We ask that all passengers over the age of 2 wear their masks for the duration of the flight except when eating or drinking.
  • To ensure the safety of our passengers and crew, all trips are subject to CEO or President review and approval.

International Travel Requirements

omni air transport- fly private charter

A new order from the Center for Disease Control (CDC) requires that all aircraft passengers traveling to the United States from a foreign country provide documentation of a negative COVID-19 test result or documentation of recovery from COVID-19. This applies to all passengers 2 years of age or older.

If providing a negative test result:

  • Must be within three (3) calendar days preceding the flight’s departure to the United States.
  • Must be a viral test – standard PCR or Antigen (Rapid) test.
  • Name and date of birth of passenger match on both the negative test result and passport or other travel documents.

If providing documentation of recovery from COVID-19:

  • Passengers must provide a signed letter on official letterhead that contains the name, address, and phone number of a licensed healthcare provider or public health official.
  • Letter must state that the passenger has been cleared for travel.

AND

  • Passengers also will need to provide documentation of their positive test result.
  • Positive test results must be within the 90 days preceding the flight’s departure to the United States.
  • Name and date of birth of passenger match on both the positive test result and passport or other travel documents.

Quarantine Guidelines

If you come in close contact (within 6 feet of someone who has COVID-19 for 15 minutes or more) current CDC guidelines recommend individuals quarantine for:

  • 10 days without COVID testing
  • 7 days after receiving a negative COVID test result (test must occur on day 5 after exposure or later)

New guidance addresses fully vaccinated individuals. Individuals are considered fully vaccinated when two weeks or greater has elapsed since they’ve received the second vaccine dose for 2-dose regimens (Moderna, Pfizer) or two weeks from initial vaccination for single-dose vaccines. (Johnson and Johnson)

Individuals who are fully vaccinated (>= 2 weeks after the second dose) do not require quarantine if they are asymptomatic and were vaccinated in the last 90 days.

After stopping quarantine, monitor for symptoms for another 4 days.

Additional Guidelines for Fully Vaccinated Individuals

  • In light of the millions of people receiving vaccines each day, the CDC updated guidelines to include more guidance for fully vaccinated individuals.

  • As long as they are asymptomatic and were vaccinated in the last 90 days, individuals are exempt from testing and quarantine requirements after exposure to COVID-19.

  • Individuals may be with other vaccinated individuals without masks or physical distancing.

  • You may visit indoors with unvaccinated people from a single household without masks or physical distancing, if the unvaccinated people are at low risk for severe disease.

  • Vaccinated individuals must still follow local, state, and federal laws and guidelines regarding mask usage.

Vaccination does not exempt individuals from requirements related to travel. Vaccinated individuals should still continue to wear masks for the duration of the flight and when boarding or disembarking.

Additionally, vaccinated individuals are still required to provide documentation of a negative COVID test result when returning to the United States from a foreign country.

Cleaning Procedures

omni air transport- fly private charter

When you fly with Omni Air Transport, you fly with peace of mind. With our AircraftAssure process, every flight is disinfected.

We disinfect all frequently touched surfaces with a commercial disinfectant known as Quatpro / Sani-cide between flights. This is a safe and effective way to make sure you will have the cleanest flight possible.

Additionally,  we use ClearCabin Antimicrobial Barrier Treatment in all of our aircraft. This Antimicrobial Barrier Treatment forms an invisible bio-barrier coating on all surfaces. When applied by trained technicians it fights bacteria, viruses, mold, and fungi for up to 3 months.

We also utilize CURoxide Hydrogen Peroxide Fogging to kill germs in the air and in hard-to-reach spaces like under seats. CURoxide decomposes to oxygen, so it leaves spaces fresh and healthy.
